City libraries are reopening Wednesday at 1 p.m. if the Mississauga Library Board and city council ratify the proposed settlement.
A statement was released by the city Monday evening after CUPE Local 1989 members voted to accept a four-year collective agreement.

Regular programming is slated to resume Thursday.
Keep in mind, book drops are closed and late fines are waived until the reopening.
Eighteen locations have been shut down since July 4.
A tentative memorandum of settlement was reached July 21.
