A 38-year-old man was shot in the Lisgar area Thursday evening and a pair of suspects are on the run.
Peel Police responded to the call at 7:50 p.m., said Const. Bally Saini, adding the man has non-life threatening injuries.
By 11:30 p.m., officers were still on scene at the townhouse complex at 6060 Snowy Owl Cres.
Police are calling it an isolated incident.
The suspects are two men with their faces partially covered, who fled in an older dark coloured small vehicle.
Detectives from 11 Division’s criminal investigation bureau have the case.
