The 33-year-old Mississauga man killed following a crash on the QEW has been identified by police as Leon Sinclair.
OPP responded to a three-vehicle crash on Apr. 29 at 11:30 p.m.
Sinclair was driving a grey four-door Honda Accord, heading eastbound near Hurontario St., say police.
He lost control, winding up in the westbound lanes of the QEW and colliding with two vehicles.
Sinclair had life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital where he later died.
The OPP traffic support unit is assisting with the investigation.
