A Mississauga man is facing a slew of charges following a drug and gun seizure by Peel Police in Streetsville.

Officers executed a search warrant at a Falconer Dr. home around 5 p.m. on July 29, confiscating a loaded .32 MAB model semi-automatic firearm, ammunition and drugs.

Jasmar Jones, 24 is charged with: knowledge of unauthorized possession of firearm; occupant of motor vehicle knowing there was unauthorized possession of a prohibited or restricted weapon; possession of a loaded prohibited or restricted firearm; two counts of carry firearm, weapon, prohibited device or ammunition in a careless manner; possession of weapon for dangerous purpose; possession of firearm contrary to order; and possession for the purpose.
