A 26-year-old Mississauga man has been struck and killed by a GO train near the Lorne Park-Port Credit border, halting service Saturday afternoon.

Foul play isn’t suspected. Peel police were en route to the scene in the Queen St. W. and Shawnmarr Rd. area at 3:40 p.m.
Tracks were closed between Clarkson and Port Credit GO stations, with shuttle buses transporting passengers, according to GO Transit.
Service resumed around 6 p.m., however delays were still expected.  The major collision bureau is investigating.
