A Mississauga man knows exactly how he’s going to spend his lotto winnings after scoring more than $50,000.

“I plan to trade in my 23-year-old truck that has more than 500,000 kilometres on it for a brand new pickup truck with all the bells and whistles,” said William (Adam) Burke in a statement released by the OLG Tuesday.
“I also plan to get a big screen television, plus I’d like to celebrate with family and friends.”
Burke is celebrating after snagging $58,622.50 with Pools, a sports game.
“I’ve been playing Pools for about a year and this is my first win,” said Burke while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto where he picked up his cheque.
“When I found out I won, I didn’t get much sleep. Winning the lottery is unreal and it is still hard to believe.”
He says he’s planning to pay off bills with a portion of his windfall.
The winning ticket was purchased at Rama Market on Bostock Cres. in Mississauga.
