A goat was riding the rails like the rest of us during the early rush Thursday.
Oshawa’s Turbo The Goat was taking the 7:35 GO train along Lakeshore West from Port Credit to Exhibition Place as part of a promotion for the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair, running Nov. 6 to 15.
“I’ll be handing out free passes to @THERAWF if you come and take a selfie with me #RoyalGoat,” the ‘show goat’ managed to tweet, despite a chilly morning.
Ward 1 Coun. Jim Tovey presented Turbo The Goat with a congratulatory certificate from the Port Credit BIA.
Once onboard, the five-year-old Nigerian Dwarf goat tweeted he was listening to Drake’s Hotline Bling.
