
The annual Christmas drive is underway by the city to help those in need and make the season a little brighter.
Unwrapped toys and non-perishable food items can be left under the tree in the Great Hall of the Civic Centre and will go directly to the Salvation Army’s Christmas assistance program.
More than 2,200 Mississauga families, including at least 3,600 children, received assistance with food and toys through this program in 2014.
