Mississauga man charged with impaired driving after Hwy. 403 crash

A 66-year-old Mississauga man is facing an impaired driving charge following a crash on Hwy. 403 east of Hurontario St.

Provincial police and paramedics responded to a two-vehicle rear-end collision Thursday at 3:30 p.m.
No serious injuries were reported, said OPP Const. Ian Michel.
A man driving one of the vehicles was arrested at the scene, in addition to having his driver’s licence suspended for 90 days, and his vehicle impounded for one week.
Vipin-Kumar Suri is charged with operating a motor vehicle with over 80 mgs of alcohol in blood.
He is scheduled to appear in Brampton court on April 1.
Anyone who may have witnessed the crash is asked to contact investigators with the Port Credit detachment at 905-278-6131.
