Emergency crews responded to a call at 6:50 a.m. last Sunday at Jarvis and Wellesley streets, finding an unconscious man in the lobby of the steakhouse and bar.

He was rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries and died Feb. 15 in hospital.
Investigators determined the man had broken in, then fell through a stained-glass window on the third floor.
The man’s name hasn’t been released.
