Weigh in on the future of Lakeshore Rd.

Public meetings regarding the future planning of Lakeshore Rd. are taking place across south Mississauga in November.

The Lakeshore Connecting Communities study will look at how to best connect Clarkson, Port Credit and Lakeview while preserving and enhancing the unique character of each community.

A design for the Lakeshore Rd. corridor will be designed, supporting all modes of transportation, connecting people to places, and moving goods to market.
The study will also evaluate rapid transit alternatives east of Hurontario St. and: extending rapid transit into the Port Credit area.
