A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a woman accused of stealing scratch lottery tickets in Brampton.

At least six incidents involving Mac’s and 7-11 convenience stores were reported last month.

Sindi Ingram, of no fixed address, is wanted for numerous distraction-style thefts.

Police allege the woman visited multiple lottery retailers and after distracting employees, fled with thousands of dollars worth of tickets.

Ingram, 31, is described as white, standing 5-foot-6, weighing 200 pounds with long dark brown or black hair.

The woman has piercings in her nose and lip and is often seen wearing black clothing and large sunglasses.
