A 37-year-old Mississauga man is facing four charges in connection with a robbery which injured a senior in Port Credit.
Peel police allege the victim, 65, was in the Loblaws parking lot on Jan. 22 at Lakeshore Rd. W. and Mississauga Rd. when a man “forcibly” grabbed her purse.
The woman fell, suffering minor injuries.

The suspect fled a black pickup truck. He was arrested Wednesday roughly 1 km away near Front St. S.
Celso Paiva is charged with robbery, dangerous driving, and two counts of theft over $5,000.
He’s scheduled to appear in Brampton court Thursday.
