A third suspect linked to the death of a 53-year-old man in Malton turned himself in Sunday.
Gary Hoffman, 48, of Brampton, is in custody with a bail hearing scheduled Monday.
Hoffman and two other men are facing second-degree murder charges in connection with Madad Kenyi’s beating death.
Nathan Bell, 29, was arrested Saturday. Brian Nelson, 41, turned himself in earlier today. Neither have a fixed address. Both were slated to appear in court today.
Kenyi, 53, also of no fixed address, died from injuries suffered in a Sept. 24 beatdown behind Westwood Mall on Goreway Dr. around 7:30 p.m.
Kenyi was critically injured when police arrived, and died in Toronto hospital.
The suspects fled on foot.
