Two Mississauga residents are all smiles after winning $100,000.
Scott Ballard and Mary Jane Winch scored the top Instant Bingo Doubler prize, a $5 game in which the overall odds of winning are one in 3.53.
The winning ticket was purchased at Kitchen Food Fair on Central Pkwy.
