A 38-year-old Oakville man is facing charges after a Boxing Day fight outside of a busy Mississauga mall.
The suspect is the only person charged, said Peel Regional Police Const. George Tudos.
Police were called to Square One Saturday around 1:30 p.m., where a dispute broke out over a parking spot, leaving one victim with minor injuries.
The fight was caught on cell phone video and posted to social media.
Two youths were arrested, and a total of four suspects were involved.
“We located everyone,” said Tudos.
The third suspect was in his late teens.
After reviewing video footage and interviewing witnesses, “the other three weren’t charged,” Tudos said.
Salman Aziz is charged with assault and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.
