Mickey Frost is the city’s new director of works operations and maintenance — moving up from director of enforcement, where he’s been since 2011.
“Mickey has been an integral part of the transportation and works department for the past 12 years,” said commissioner of transportation and works Geoff Wright.
Frost’s resume covers animal services, compliance, licensing, parking enforcement, and transit.

He’ll be responsible for managing all business functions, including works and technical services, fleet, municipal parking, office services and traffic management.
Frost joined the City of Mississauga as manager of MiWay in 2004 after working with the City of Burlington.
