Witnesses sought after pedestrians struck in Streetsville

Witnesses are being asked to come forward following a Streetsville crash which injured two pedestrians.

Peel police say a green Honda Accord was traveling westbound on Main St. last Monday at 7:40 p.m., turning southbound onto Queen St. and striking two people.

A 50-year-old man suffered potentially life-threatening injuries and remains in a Toronto area trauma centre, while a woman, 48, has minor injuries.
Investigators are appealing for witnesses who may have seen the collision, have video footage of the incident, or who may have information about the actions of the driver prior to the collision.
