A 31-year-old Brampton man is accused of sexually assaulting children and police are asking more victims to come forward.
Peel Police are also looking for anyone “who may have had their children in the suspect’s care,” said Const. Rachel Gibbs. The man, police allege, posted ads online as ‘The Brampton Nanny’ and has been providing in-home child care services for seven years.
Investigators from the special victims’ unit arrested the man December 9, and he’s still in custody pending a bail hearing.
Kevin Cordeiro has been charged with two counts of sexual assault and two counts of sexual interference.
Anyone with information is asked to call (905) 453-2121 ext. 3460 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
