A 65-year-old Lakeview man is safe after a Thursday morning disappearance had police are “very concerned” for his safety.
Officers were searching for Joseph Harpell, last seen at his home near Ogden Ave. and Atwater Ave. at 10:30 a.m. Thursday. He left on foot and police located him by 10:30 p.m.
